Parent Contact Information Form

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

My name is Tony Ferguson and I will be teaching your son or daughter this semester. This form is for students and their parents/guardians to complete. It will compile a document that will allow me to track student marks and provided both students and parents email updates with assignment due dates, special projects, marks, and other course related material. If you wish to contact me, you can send me an email (ensure to include your name and your child's name so that I know who you are). Thanks!

Please review the Course Outline and Student Expectations with your son or daughter and be aware of their content and policies.

Additionally, the school Code of Conduct reviews in detail school dress codes, policies, and procedures that every student must follow. All students are given an agenda book in early September.

Please note that many of the course assignments can be found in the teacher-handout folder on the school file server and are also accessible to students outside of class time on this web site.

Please note that there is a school policy that cellular telephones and electronic devices are not to be used in classrooms at any time without permission. Any cell phone being used without permission will be confiscated and turned over to the Vice-Principal. The same policy exists for hats being worn in the school, during class time. Hats should be left in the lockers during class time.
